Wine Planeta Controdanza Noto DOC

Controldanza, da “country dance”, it is a traditional rural dance whose protagonists move with elegance in a game of contrasts and agreements. This is what we imagined by combining Nero d'Avola and a small part of Merlot, grown in the white lands of Noto. An unconventional combination, all played between contrast and harmony.

Organoleptic notes

• Eyes: Purplish red tending towards violet
• Nose: Typical character of Noto's Nero d'Avola: with scents of mulberry and plum together with notes of laurel, balanced incense and balsamic notes made lively by the addition of a lively Merlot produced on the same calcareous soils.
• Mouth: Harmonic acidity and soft tannins characterize the palate. On the palate it confirms the original character of the Noto area, where elegance and structure of the wine meet perfectly.
