Which couriers does ANTICHI SAPORI use to ship their products?
We work with the main express couriers operating throughout the national and European territory. For each order we use the best courier based on the delivery areas and the quality of the service offered.
How shipping costs are calculated?
The system calculates the shipping costs based on the number of artisans from which you select and choose the products. In the cart you will find a clear and concise outline of your pre-order and the sum of the shipping costs.
How can I get free shipping?
You can get free shipping by reaching a minimum purchase threshold of €89. You will also find information on how to get free shipping costs to the cart as well.
After placing an order how do I know when the delivery will take place?
The products purchased on the site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure. Average delivery times are 2/3 working days from the day of dispatch. The order fulfillment times are provided purely as an indication, in no case do they represent a contractual obligation, and could lengthen depending on the number of requests. Upon receipt of the order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail, subsequently you will receive a second communication containing the tracking code in order to be updated on the status of your delivery.
What happens if you are not at home at the time of delivery?
There are two delivery attempts by the courier. If you are not home on the first try you will be left with a notice. At the second non-delivery, the package will be placed in storage and will need to, so, contact the courier and request delivery that will be made later 24 ore. No responsibility can be attributed to Ancient Flavors in case of delay in order fulfillment or package delivery (art. 1510 C.C.).
How long does it take for orders to be shipped?
Orders received from Monday to Thursday before 16:00 they will be shipped the next day, while those received from Thursday after hours 16:00 to Saturday within hours 12:00 will be shipped on Monday. In the end, all orders received on Saturday starting at 12:00 and on Sunday they will be shipped on Tuesday.
Fresh products when shipped?
We ship all fresh products every Monday and Tuesday in order to preserve their freshness and quality and prevent them from stopping over the weekend at the express couriers' warehouses. Orders received starting at 16:00 Monday until 12:00 Saturdays will be shipped the following Monday. Orders received from hours 12:00 on Saturday and before 16:00 Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.
Where do you ship your products?
We ship throughout Italy and in many European countries. In the address entry phase you can check if the shipping country of your interest is on the list.
How shipments abroad are calculated?
During the check out phase, the system will automatically calculate shipments for abroad. Just enter the correct address and continue.
Fresh products when shipped?
In order to preserve freshness and quality, all fresh products are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders received by 16:00 Monday until 12:00 Saturdays are shipped the following Monday. Orders received from 12:00 on Saturday and before 16:00 Mondays are shipped on Tuesdays.
How fresh products are transported?
Fresh products are vacuum packed and in the warmer months (indicatively from May to September) they are shipped in special polystyrene boxes with dry ice inside.
And if there is a problem with my order?
With us you have the satisfaction guarantee at 100%! For any problem with your order write an e-mail toand together we will find the best solution. If the goods are damaged upon opening the package, we suggest you document the damage with some photos and send them by e-mail tocommercial @ antichisaporisicilia.with. The same applies if you receive a package whose product inside is damaged and any damage is visible from the outside, in this case we also suggest that you refuse delivery and promptly notify us, always accompanied by photographic material to the e-mail address indicated above. The costs of a possible withdrawal of a damaged product will be borne by Bottega Sicana. Furthermore, as the case may be, we will evaluate whether it will be necessary to send a new supply or replace the damaged product.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree. 06/09/05 N°206, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 days from delivery of the products. Although obvious, this right cannot be exercised in the event that the delivery has already taken place and for perishable food and / or household products..
To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to the e-mail address commerciale@antichisaporisicilia.com indicating the product or products for which he intends to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, as long as it is intact.
Once the aforementioned withdrawal notice has been received, we will quickly communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the goods.
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
The law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or personalized and food or household use.
The purchased good must be intact.
According to law, the shipment of the products for their return, including related expenses, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
It is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
Upon arrival at the seller's warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
Without prejudice to any restoration costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, the seller will refund the customer the full amount already paid, within 30 days from the return of the goods. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (Cod. ABI - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder).
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the asset (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where they are ascertained:
The lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
The absence of integral elements of the product;
Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
