ROSE’ OF ROSE SPARKLING ROSE WINE

Intense and bright candy pink color. The nose is complex and structured with evident notes of blackberry, mulberry and blueberry, closes with a pleasant aromatic vegetal that recalls freshly harvested nettle. On the palate it is full, structured, soft and creamy, fresh and persistent.

  VINIFICATION:

  The grapes are crushed-destemmed after a short cold maceration to favor the release of color are pressed with a pneumatic press. after a quick cold clearing, the musts were decanted and fermented at a controlled temperature and with selected yeasts, in steel tanks

  SENSORY NOTES

  Captivating color, intense pink with garnet reflections reminiscent of pomegranate fruit. On the nose the notes of gooseberry and currant are evident with a citrus finish that brings back to pink grapefruit. In the mouth it is balanced, fresco, savory and silky at the same time.
