Dedicated to the English entrepreneur Joseph who in 1819 joined his uncle Benjamin in Sicily to produce Marsala wine and distribute it around the world thanks to their impressive fleet of sailing ships.
Color: intense ruby red.
Scent: extremely fruity, with notes of black cherry, pomegranate and plum.
Gusto: dolce, with clear hints of red fruits, Cherry, morello cherry and pomegranate.
Traditional: dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa.
Unconventional: Castelvetrano black bread crouton, fresh tuma and mulberry jam.
