Meridian 12 Syrah 2020 – Territorial

Pure Syrah born in the vineyards crossed by the 12th meridian. An ideal place for growing vines and producing quality wines for thousands of years. The grapes here acquire richness and intensity of aromas and a pleasant flavor. Meridian 12 Syrah reveals itself fruity and spicy in the glass, with the typical nuances of the grape variety to which they are added, with elegance, the notes of Mediterranean scrub characteristic of this area. Classification: DOC Sicily Certification: biological, IT-BIO-009 Provenance: Southwestern Sicily, countryside of Mazara del Vallo, Trapani, c. da Ramisella, at an altitude of approx 25 m s.l.m. Grapes: Syrah 100% Alcohol content: 13,5% Tasting notes: ruby red color with violet reflections. Fruity with hints of raspberry, mora and ciliegia, hints of sage and the characteristic black pepper. On the palate it is rich, intense, soft, rightly tannic, with excellent persistence. Elegant and full-bodied. Pairings: shows all its character with second courses of red meat and furred game or with well-matured hard cheeses. Serve to 16-18 °C
