Description

The wine Etna White DOC tues Planet comes from the vinification of Carricante grapes grown on volcanic soil on the slopes of Etna. It has a light straw color and a characteristic perfume from which notes of acacia emerge, white pulp fruit, almonds and mineral sensations. An almost citrine freshness runs through the palate, animated by strong citrus and mineral tones, that persist in the aftertaste well beyond swallowing. Partly refines in oak barrels for 6 months.
