Grillo ‘Terebinto’ Planet 2020 Menfi DOC

Fresh and fruity, “Terebinto” from the Sicilian winery Planeta, was born in the Menfi DOC territory, on calcareous and clayey soils located in the municipality of Ulmo, in the province of Agrigento. It is a Grillo with intense hints of white melon, apricot, medlar and pink grapefruit, followed by an agile and slender sip, characterized by vibrant gustatory acidity. Vinification in steel and refines on the lees for 6 months with periodic bâtonnage.

Planeta terebinth is a shrub with shiny foliage, always linked to Sicily and the Mediterranean landscape, from west to east. Terebinto Planeta is a pure Grillo; aromatic and intense on the nose with notes of pink grapefruit; balanced and complex on the palate
