From Zibibbo grapes grown as sapling and dried on “cannizzi” in the hot August sun, an elegant Passito with apricot aromas, candied fruit and dried fig.
Color: golden yellow tending to amber.
Scent: intense and persistent, with distinct hints of apricot, honey and dried fig.
Gusto: harmonious and honeyed, with notes of dried fig and slight hints of apricot and mustard.
Traditional: Sicilian desserts made with ricotta and pastry creams; soft dark chocolate hearts.
Unconventional: jar with ricotta cream, pears and onion jam.
