Description
TASTING NOTES
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Gelsomino, rose petals, carcadè, pink grapefruit and sea scents, to compose an olfactory picture of great pleasure. In the mouth it is savory and fresh, however, it is perfectly balanced and elegant.
PAIRINGS
Excellent alongside a herring salad, gentle on a caprese salad, it is extraordinary on prawns and breaded crustaceans or on a cream of tomato and lobster.
