The carobs selected for Ciokarrua products come exclusively from our Carrubeto, to guarantee the traceability of the product and let you taste the unique pulp of Sicilian carob.

During the harvesting phase, at the end of August, they are placed in large bags and taken to our factory where the Ciokarrua operators will take care of the selection and conservation of the best carobs in the warehouse where they will be kept.

When you taste the Ciokarrua carob creations you will feel the flavor of our Sicily made of Arabian spices and fruity notes of orange.
