Dedicated to the famous English admiral Horatio Nelson, that at the end of the eighteenth century he used to use marsala to supply his fleet, considering it a drink with particular healing benefits.

Color: light amber.
Scent: balanced, with hints of apricot and dried fig and pleasant vanilla notes.
Gusto: moderately dry with delicate apricot notes.

Traditional: Sicilian dry sweets and marzipan sweets.
Unconventional: stewed wild pigeon breast with Marsala wine wrapped in Nebrodi black pig lard.
