Gazzerotta, from the name of the elegant black and white magpies that fly over the barren fields in autumn. A soft and structured red is born from Nero d'Avola grapes.

Color: intense red with garnet refl ections.
Scent: complex and persistent aromas of red fruits, prune, marasca and violet.
Gusto: soft and structured, with pleasant notes of red fruits and dried plums and slight hints of rosemary.

To be combined with first courses based on meat and mushroom sauces and second courses based on game and pork.
