Evergreen's Panettone is produced exclusively from sourdough. More than 48 leavening hours, and the addition of the best Green Pistachio di Bronte D.O.P. ensure a soft product, tasty and with an intoxicating smell. The product is not filled to ensure its freshness and shelf life but the package includes a jar of our special pistachio cream to spread on each slice.
